Every withdrawal request triggers an automatic check: we confirm your account is active, your balance is correct and the destination payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) matches your profile. Manual review takes 1–4 hours depending on amount.

If a deposit or withdrawal shows an error on your end, email support with your transaction ID and the issue. We investigate within 48 hours and either reverse the transaction or confirm it was successful based on our records and your bank.
